Who We Are
A collective of people who believe the future belongs to those who stay fully human.
Being Human in the Age of AI isn't a consultancy in the traditional sense. It's a collective - convened by Emma Weber and shaped by people who share a conviction that the most important work of this moment isn't about the technology. It's about the humans navigating it.
We come from different disciplines - learning, technology, coaching, advocacy - but we're united by the same philosophy. That as AI rewrites how we work, create, and connect, the capacity to remain deeply, authentically human doesn't become less relevant. It becomes the thing that matters most.
We don't believe organisations need to be rescued from change. We believe they need the right conditions to find their own way through it. That's what we exist to create.
Embodying our humanity isn't a soft skill.
It's the core skill.
The collective is convened by
Emma Weber
Founder - Convenor - Strategist
Emma has spent over 23 years at the intersection of learning transfer and technological possibility. In 2017 - long before AI became mainstream in the learning space - she created one of the world's first AI coaches. That instinct to see what's necessary before it becomes obvious has shaped everything since.
Her work now sits at the crossroads of behaviour change and AI transformation. Not just the technology, but the human shift underneath. She's the author and co-author of three published books, a global keynote speaker who has presented from Singapore to San Diego, and the founder of a business that has delivered over 24,000 coaching conversations across 12 languages and 16 countries.
What drives Emma now is the call at the heart of Being Human in the Age of AI: that as machines accelerate and reshape how we work and connect, the most urgent challenge isn't keeping up with the technology. It is ensuring people remain capable, connected, and fully themselves alongside it. Two decades of working at the frontier of behaviour change has given her a clear-eyed understanding of why that is harder than it sounds - and what it genuinely takes to make it happen.

This collective is growing
We're deliberately building this collective with care - bringing in the right people rather than the most people. As we do, we'll introduce them here. If you share this philosophy and think you might belong in this group, we'd genuinely like to hear from you.
The people in this collective don't agree on everything. They agree on what matters most - that this moment calls for more humanity, not less.
