Executive Coaching

Six months. Eight to ten sessions. A thinking partnership for a period there's no playbook for.

For senior leaders working through the AI moment in their leadership. The 6-month engagement is structured around your live decisions, and around the deeper questions of leadership identity in an AI-augmented world. WhatsApp or email between sessions. Two integration documents. Often the best first step into the practice.

02 · The board's first encounter

AI for Boards

A half-day for your board, or senior leadership team, to actually use AI on tasks that matter to their roles.

You can't govern AI strategy without first having used AI. This is the encounter most senior leaders still haven't had, and it's the prerequisite for any AI strategy worth having. Three structured phases: the honest encounter (each board member uses AI on real tasks), the round-table (what surprised, what disappointed), and the Mirror Test (with AI vs. without). Each board member walks out with a personal commitment for the next 30 days.

03 · The strategic conversation, in long form

AI Strategy Diagnostic

A one- or two-day intensive with your executive team to surface the AI strategy already inside your organisation.

A facilitated process that puts you and your people at the heart of the conversation about leveraging AI. Pre-engagement reading and individual reflections from each executive (the Six Encounters pre-work pack). The day itself in four blocks: The Mirror, The Honest Audit, The Human Question, The Strategic Choices. Comes with a Strategic Clarity Document, 10 to 14 pages, signed by your name, not ours.

  • Pre-work: Six structured AI encounters per executive
  • 1 or 2 facilitated days, executive team of 3–8

04 · The leadership reset

The AI Native Leader

Three to six months, co-designed with you. Anchored in the human capacities AI cannot replicate.

Our marquee development programme. Built on the N=1 methodology, treating each leader as their own experiment in becoming. We build a robust human base for embedding the deeply human skills the AI moment makes more valuable, not less.
